It features a 32-bit single-core RISC-V processor running at up to 160MHz, with onboard 4MB flash, 400KB SRAM, and 384KB ROM. Designed for IoT, wearable, and low-power embedded applications, it delivers advanced wireless capabilities and rich peripheral support in a tiny, space-saving form factor. Features Single-core 32-bit RISC-V CPU up to 160 MHz with floating-point support. Integrated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5 (LE). 400KB of SRAM, 384KB ROM, and 4MB of onboard Flash memory. Native USB-C connector for power and programming via the onboard USB-serial interface. Very low deep-sleep current suitable for battery-powered designs. Onboard BOOT and RESET buttons for easy firmware upload and recovery. Built-in status LED connected to GPIO8 (active-low). Multiple peripheral interfaces: UART, SPI, I²C, PWM, and ADC channels.
