Etching Acid Powder 200g for Electronic Boards The Powder is suitable for preparing a solution etching for (PCB) which can be used in the industry, making engineering projects and tech prototypes. the Powder is safe and suitable for using in the laboratory or at home, by following simple tech steps to etch one or more (PCBs) so it saves time and cost. Features: • Sharp, soft, evenly and very high accurate etching. • Suitable with photoresist PCB. • It’s ideal for FR2 boards. • Very safe when handling and using. • No sludge, no stains on the clothes or floor and almost odorless. • 200g give a solution (½ liter) enough for etching a pure (PCB) up to 1200 square centimeters within (10) minutes at 50~60 Celsius. Usage: • Manufacturing of electrical & electronic boards and photoresist PCB. • Arts of copper etching. Usage Recommendations (very important): 1. Prepare a plastic or glass container, add the powder on ½ liter of hot water at 50~60 celsius and stir well. 2. Put your (PCB) in the container (the copper area is up & it should be quite shiny and oxide free). 3. Wait for a few minutes (10min). 4. Rinse well with water after etching.
