Motor Speed Measuring Sensor (Infrared) Motor Encoder

Description

Description:The speed motion sensor utilize a groove IR optocoupler to sense for object between the IR emitter and IR receiver on-board.This methodology allow the module to count the number of obstruction in a given time frame. This characteristic made it very suitable for measuring the speed of rotation. The digital output is in LOW state when the sensor is not obstructed and the LED will be light up.Digital output will be in HIGH state when the sensor is covered and the LED will be turn off. An on-board potentiometer is available to adjust the sensitivity of the sensoCharacteristics:IC: LM393 (dual comparator)Power supply: 3.3V ~ 5.0 VEncoder current consumption: 1.4 mAInterface or type of encoder output signal: TTL digitalOutput format: digital output (0 and 1)Operating temperature: 0 ? C ~ 70 ? CDimensions (LxWxH): 32 x 14 x 10 mmThe width of the slit groove in probe: 5 mmDiameter for speed sensor mounting holes: 3 mmspeed sensor module Weight: 3 gThis is Speed Measuring Sensor Groove Coupler Module For Arduino. The DO output interface can be directly connected to a micro-controller IO port if there is a block detection sensor, such as the speed of the motor encoder can detect.DO modules can be connected to the relay, limit switch, and other functions, it can also with the active buzzer module, compose alarm. Widely used in motor speed detection, pulse count, the position limit, etc.Wiring Specification :VCC: The positive 3.3-5 v power supply.GND: Connect power negative.DO
