Description

This gray scale light detection sensor is an analog sensor. The sensor is designed to measure the intensity of light from black to white. The sensor is analog which means that the voltage output signal varies according to light intensity. Then, low voltage value corresponds to weak intensity (dark or no light) and high voltage value corresponds to strong light or sun. This sensor main application is for automatic lamps that are turned on at night. The sensor voltage output can be used to trigger a relay to enable a lamp and shutdown the lamp when the sunlight is back.
